Terms of Service

1. Services
David Tracz provide career coaching, positioning strategy, interview preparation, and business systems consulting. All services are provided as described on the program pages of this website. David Tracz is the sole provider of all coaching services.
2. No Guarantees
Coaching and strategy services do not guarantee employment, job placement, interviews, salary increases, or any specific outcome. Results depend on client effort, experience, market conditions, and timing. By engaging our services, you acknowledge this limitation.
3. Payment
Program fees are payable in full before services commence unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed in writing. All fees are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed engagements are billed at the agreed rate.
4. Refunds
Refunds are not provided once a strategy session has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with the program, contact David directly to discuss. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and adjust the program approach before any refund is considered. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the first session.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. David does not share client information with third parties. Clients consent to their results being used as anonymised case studies unless they explicitly opt out.
6. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, templates, tools, and materials provided as part of this program are the intellectual property of David Tracz. They are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, David Tracz are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
